Trouble returning router

I am a current customer sent a router back they claim they didn't receive it they took 150.00 out of my account. I gave them the tracking number from the return label I received from them. They claim it's not their shipping number even though thats the label that was in the box. I have asked them several times what they think the tracking number is and they say they don't keep track of return label numbers even though they sent the label. After my contract is up I won't renew with this company.

Check the shippers site to see what it says about the tracking number:

I have done that already this has been going on for more than 30 days neither exede or ups wanna help. At this point I'm beyond frustrated and the way I see it exede made 150.00 with no intentions of giving it back or trying to solve this problem.

What exactly does UPS tracking tell you when you enter the tracking number?

Ups says it got delivered exede says it's the wrong shipping number. But none of them will try to figure out where it went. So I'm just gonna take it up the tail pipe and move on.

Yes I have but everyone claims it's not exede tracking number. But I'll send the tracking number I have

Same here! This is the worst company ever- not only do they provide you with horrible service and when you cancel and pay ridiculous. Early term fees- they claim they do kit receive returned equipment after they charge your card. Look at the blog and google reviews - it is over and over and over. This company is horrible. I have been trying to get my money back since June. After each month them promising me my credit was coming in 10/14 days- here it is Oct and nothing. Liars and Thieves.

This is a joke if they want this mess back they better answer my call or send me a number that I can talk to someone about this problem. I've spent a half day on this today I'm upset and don't even try to get someone in a differnt department to direct you they only hang up on you.
