Trouble connecting

Having a problem logging it to network consistantly. It's random. Some days I wake up and I am online no questions asked. Other days I am asked to log into my network (even though password is saved). I re-enter my password several times and nothing.

I have to unplug everything for several minutes and they plug everything back in to get it to reset.

Any clue what is happening?

Since the Exede modem requires no sign in or password, it appears that you are experiencing problems with your wireless router or your computer's wireless system.

Hello Jeff,

This definitely seems like a router/wifi issue. With Exede's modem a direct connection should allow you to go online without having to log into anything. A router on the other hand requires a network password. You'll need to contact the manufacturer of your router.

What kinda trouble are you experiencing Barbara? 

Be sure to mention the type of Viasat modem you have....there are 3 types 
1) the non-wifi modem has 4 blue lights/bars on the front
2) the VS1 wifi modem has a lighted circle on the side
3) the VS2 modem is white and triangular in shape
