I tried thru the web page to change to the liberty package, The web page indicated I would get a new modem by mail, when I called to make sure the address was OK (I don't get mail at my house) I was told I could not up grade. I have a very old plan with only 10gb data and a slow speed I run out of data every month and have to buy more so I was looking forward to the extra data and faster speed. So why is it on the web page as a available upgrade then when you try to change your told no.  This  is once again one of exede's how many ways can we screw you and get more money. The upgraded plan cost the same as I am paying now. So if we keep you on the same plan we can sell you more data at the rate of $10 per GB so it is in exede's best interest to not let me up grade.

IF your mailing address you use is in the liberty plan area BUT your actual physical address is not then your out of luck they do not use your mailing address its your actual physical address they will use to see if you can get that plan.
