Treated like crap..

So all I wanted to do was speak to someone about my situation and I was told no. My situation is this someone hacked into my checking account and I had to start over with new account, checks, debt card etc. Well my debt will not be here till Monday and my checks have fraud protection so after one or two tries they freeze your checking account. Now my service is cut off and I am trying to pay, I am going to have to go to the bank in the morning and pull cash and put it on a prepaid card. No biggie but I can not do that till the morning because I live up the road from my bank plus I am working so I asked could I speak to someone like a supervisor, I was told NO, I asked why? They said there is no need, so I asked again hey can please speak to someone about this situation, they said NO you don't need a supervisor you just need to pay your bill. I said that is what I am trying to do, and they said will be there anything else, I said yes I like to speak to a supervisor they said NO they said what would be the point. So I hung up and asked someone new, they said NO now I was told NO a total of seven times today, now I am trying to take care of this matter while dealing with fraud on my checking account, all I wanted to do is speak to someone without being treated like crap. Sorry for the long rant.
