On January 21st, I paid 99.99 to get installed, on 24th was not informed that my first bill was coming out that soon for 100.33, my payment of course did not clear my bank, made arrangements to pay today on 2/4 and paid this morning, they ran 127.09 again today and is telling me that I paid 2 months and not due again till March 4th, when My bill was not due to the 24th of this month and wasnt even due yet and they stole money that was not allowed, getting ready to file BBB and theft charges with my bank to dispute and prosecute. Exede as far as I am concerned I dont know why I gave you another chance. Refund my 2 payment that was not due today, I called and asked for a supervisor and one never came to the phone, you better have one call me or the head person because you are about to have alot of legal issues. Actualy I have not even used a month yet and already lost 2 payments, the money stolen today was my gas and grocery money for my husband and I to make work, if we lose our jobs I definitely will be taking you to court and closing you down.

I just had my install done Feb. 1st. Before I even scedualed  an install I checked to see when the withdraw date would be so as not to have any surprises. After the install I received three Welcome emails explaining the entire program. Then today  they withdrew my first payment 3 days after the install just like they said they would. Always ask lots of questions and read the contract before you sign anything it will save you a lot of grief.
