Solution to email problem did not work

I received a response to an earlier request for HELP that did not work. The help email disappeared on me. I have no idea what happened, but I lost the number I was given to call for help if I still need it. I do.
My email program was working fine. I was having no problems. A week ago I tried to get the reading pane in my email to show on the right, which is what I have always done. It was behind my email messages and I couldn't get it to expand or move to the right. Only 1/2 the screen is being used.
I received a response that instructed me to chose "reading pane off" in View and double click the message which would open full pane. This did not happen. Then the help email disappeared. I need help with this problem. I need the number to call for help.

This problem appears to be happening only in the Chrome browser. It is known and the ViaSat engineers are working on a solution. You should be able to get the normal display of your emails by using either Firefox or IE

I am having this problem too Judy. Also, I can only load 100 emails and cannot see any earlier emails without running a search or deleting the most recent emails. Is this the case for you too? Thanks.

Hello Judy, I certainly apologize for any inconvenience this is causing concerning your email display. Rest assure, our engineers are currently working on this known issue. It appears that there are quite a few of members experiencing this issue with their email view. The majority of these issues are occurring in the Chrome browser. You may be able to view the whole email display in Internet Explorer or Firefox to view your emails correctly until this problem is resolved. Thank you for your patience.

I really appreciate your input. Now that I know this is a problem that is being worked on by ViaSat I will stop worrying.  I can read my emails this way, but I will try using Internet Explorer which is the other browser that is on my computer.  Thank You so much for responding.
