I want to Thank You all so much for getting someone out to install the service, I guess it was my mistake that I was to have a server or box, whatever the correct term is, I know that I have rescheduled another appointment, but I am no longer needing your service, I called my current ISP, and they made me such a deal, I could not refuse, I apologize for all the time and trouble, Thanks so much,
