I was totally misguided and given false information from Direct TV. I recently moved and subscribed to Direct TV. they told me Exede was the only internet provider in my area. Sorry, but your service sucks and I am now stuck for 2 years. No wonder there is not a 30 day trail period. I guess this is how you screw your customers. I now have 2 very angry kids who can no longer use Netflix nor watch any of their TV shows off the internet!! Highly disappointed and feel taken advantage of. Oh and the techs were HORRIBLE. Never even ensured I was connected with my devices. I was left on my own to do that... Totally dissatisfied and dread the next 2 years!!!
