We had an earthquake here in Napa in August. At the end of August a technician comes out to adjust our satellite dish. Since the technician has come out, we use almost all of our 10 gigs in a week or so. It used to last the entire month. We do not download or stream movies, we do not have Netflix. I have complained and they keep giving me some extra gigs during the gig giveaway but I want to figure this out before that promotion stops. I have checked and our tv is not connected to the router. I changed the password to ensure no one could have hi-jacked us. Does anyone have any advice on what else to check? Thank you.
