We had an earthquake here in Napa in August.  At the end of August a technician comes out to adjust our satellite dish. Since the technician has come out, we use almost all of our 10 gigs in a week or so.  It used to last the entire month.  We do not download or stream movies, we do not have Netflix.  I have complained and they keep giving me some extra gigs during the gig giveaway but I want to figure this out before that promotion stops.  I have checked and our tv is not connected to the router.  I changed the password to ensure no one could have hi-jacked us.  Does anyone have any advice on what else to check?  Thank you.

What kind of numbers show up in your modem's status?

Rx SNR above 5, Cable Resistance less than 3, Cable Attenuation mid range, and no Red Xs on the Tria page.  You can see your modem's health at http://192.168.100.1/?page=modemStatus
