suddenly cannot navigate a subscription site

We have two pc's, one laptop, and two android phones that can no longer navigate one particular subscription website. The website manager has no other reports of similar problems among thousands of other users. Our router has been excluded as a potential problem. Firewalls, Antivirus programs, and pop-ups are not the issue. When our devices are moved to a different internet connection, this problem does not occur. This site is imperative to our business. Please help me!

Have you gone over you data allowance? Send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with account and contact information and reference this post. Hopefully they can see what's going on that you can't get to that site.

I didn't figure it was but some times people forget to look at that when they have connectivity issues.
