Data all used up

Last week, (11/ 11) I was told that I used up ALL MY data. I have your highest pay $$$$ plan. I can't believe it....you 'gave' me another 5 gb or whatever, and I already used that much? Give me a break. You guys suck. SUCK.

You are using the data. You can't blame Exede for what you have used the internet for.

You should have gotten Liberty Pass with your plan. You still get close to 5mbps, even after you run through your primary data.
