Trouble with service

Slow Internet regardless of how many gigs you buy.  Customer service is polite, but useless and billing is never correct.  I have to call every month to try and figure out my account.  In fact, I am on hold right now and have been for 20 plus minutes  without any one coming back on the line.  My biggest frustration is the slowness of the internet AND it never lasts for a month even with 30 gigs.  I think there is something very suspect going on with this company.

Log onto the modem page and screenshot the signal strength and other stats displayed there so you have quick access to them, it may simply be that you need re-aligned. Disconnect your router (if your using one). then disconnect your moden and leave it powered down and reboot your system, after reboot only connect and powerup the Exede Modem. test your internet using Speed test by Ookla and Screenshot that as well. Email the screenshots to Exede here  include the account information and contact information with a description of your issue. mostlikely the next post will be them :)
PS: How to take a Screenshot: While viewing the page you want to capture: 1: press the "Prt Scr" Print Screen button usually located on the top row above your number pad on your keyboard, 2: navigate to MS paint, select "paste" in the top left corner, then save to desktop. These can then be added to email messages using the Attach option within the email client
