Would you like to explain further just what you mean by your post. If you are talking about the early termination fees, that is a part of your contract.

I understand but I was never imformed of a contract by excede or directv. I sent an email and recieved a response stating I would be contacted. I was never contacted but yet charged. I have called muliple times requesting the call to be pulled. Yet nothing has happened. I recieved a agreement I was told I esigned with my name totally spelled incorrectly. If I signed it I would have never spelled my name that way. I been hung up on after 30 mins of holding when I requested to speak to a supervisor.

just get a new debit or credit card number i sent my new modem back have the receit even there still telling me to retuen the equiptment  shame

We have already sent back the equipment. And I have a new debit card after I was charge. $450.00 for 4 days of service

Hello Brandi, if you ended your service before your 24 monthly agreement you will incur Early Termination Fee’s associated with your service for breaking your contract. If we can further assist please send us your account and contact info to exedelistens@viasat.com.

I have tried to email and recieved anther email saying I would be contacted and never was. However, my account was still charged $450.00

Absolutely by far the Worst Customer Service,, Installation and System Performance I have ever  encountered in my entire life!

installers are getting bad about signing things for the customer, I mean a person definitely knows how to spell their own name. if that was the case she should not be responsible for any charges, why else would they not pull the call and check?

they wine don't make a lot of money, mine was nasty. my modem was not working. he saide what you think not working. just rude. he got better when told him leave and get out of my house

My installer said that they make good money and he was very helpful and I enjoyed having him around.
