Email problem

When I hit 'reply' on email posts I receive some don't go through. Coming to the site I see that the posts must have been removed. I take it you can't express a personal opinion about the service.

I think Debbi is referring to clicking the "view reply" button on a email related to a Community reply or topic post only to find that the topic or post had been moderated in some manner.

Sometimes it becomes necessary to moderate a post if it violates community standards of behavior. It is not so much a case of a negative opinion of the service that is a problem but instances where replies contain profanity or personal attacks.
