I have been with Viasat for 30 days. My internet ran good until I got to  my 40 Gigs. I then dropped to .21-.36. I contacted them and they told me it was because my gigs were used. I went to increase my gig s and they told me I couldn't because they changed our packages.  This took place within 10 days of becoming customer. every time I contact them they tell I timed out and quit talking.  was offered 40 60 or 100 and now all I an get is 50gigs and it is 150 dollars. I was told I would never fall below 5 MBPS and now find out that was a lie.

Who told you it would never drop by 5Mbps? When I read all the disclaimers, I never see that.

I was told this when I was talking to a person who was selling the system on Facebook.

I have no reason to post any false misconception.

Send an email to Viasatlistens@viasat.com describing your interaction with the Facebook dealer.

Some of those Facebook dealers will lie about anything to make a commision.

Facebook? Sounds like a potential Dealer?

Plans may be changed in our busier areas as plans and availability are subject to change. You can email us at viasatlistens@viasat.com and we'll take a look for you

I have called and talked on line with customer service and have the same line. Your gifs are used up and nothing you can do. When I first signed up I was able to get 40/60/or100 gigs. When I went to get More said it was not available they just changed packages available

Calling will just get you to the standard, script driven customer service support channel.

Send the email as requested by Brad above - include your account and contact info but don't post it here. That email will take you out of the normal customer service support channel where somebody at the corporate level can take a look for you and clarify what's available.

Fakebook. Yep. Now it makes more sense.

Incidentally, you won't find me with a Fakebook account.

I am still pulling 500kbps in primetime, with plenty of priority data to use.

A lot of work still needs done in resolving the slow speeds that many of us have seen in the last month.
