Hello Bill,

18mbps is a good speed and fast enough for streaming and many internet activities. Our speeds are always "Up to" what speed you may be on (if you're a non-speedboost customer this is well above the expected speed and slightly lower than the 25mbps speedboost plan) either way, the speeds may differ throughout the day depending on how busy your area is at that particular moment. As for the upload, that is on the low end but almost always a reboot can help clear that up (unless you are sending out files, the download speed is the more important speed to watch for that affects your experience)

Latency: 26ms...?? It's obviously not Exede, might be a 3g, 4g or LTE cellular connection

didn't see that because ours is around 720ms or so

You also have to understand dthat using certain websites aren't the best your pinging a Google server. Go to speedtest.net which picks the best server for you. Example I have customers on the plant a work with running speed tests via PS4 getting 14Mbps and when we run our tests we get 48Mbps on a 50Mbps package
