What plan are you on and how much data have you used for your current billing cycle?

On some plans, the speed you are reporting is perfectly normal for the evening after using all of your priority data.

That's when everyone wants/needs it the most - and likely the cause of your evening slow downs - everybody in your service area (beam) is active and there's insufficient capacity to service everyone and everyone suffers. In other words, it's the ubiquitous congestion explanation assuming this latest test is typical of your weekday experiences.

Those who have exceeded their data usage threshold on your beam are suffering even more and experiencing even slower "speeds" or on limited plans hard throttling for the remainder of their month.

The other possibility is that in the evening you have multiple household members wanting to use your connection on different devices which would further exacerbate the problem. For a good speed test ensure that no other folks in your household are using the connection (turn devices off, disconnect, etc and use only one device). That will give you an idea of how much overall bandwidth you have to share in your household at that point in time.

Also, you need to put your phone on a charger.

As some already indicated this might be the speed after hitting a certain amount of data used but if you email me at viasatlistens@viasat.com I can take a look for you.
