It's been about 7 months now since I was able to look into my account.  I've tried IE-11 and it cannot even get this far.  I have written to exedelistens@Viasat.com and enjoyed the "still working on it" replies.   Maybe since so many people are working on the name-change, they can look again at this too?

That is odd, and annoying. have you cleared your browser and registry to see if that helps? Mine isn't doing that. Also odd that it it says "System Root Console Operator" where your name should be, as if it's trying to log you in as an employee account that can edit that webpage.

I've ripped out Firefox and deleted every trace of it, registry, everything in the Windows 7 "user" folder for Mozilla, and re-installed after re-boot.  I went to ver. 57 and now upgraded ver. 57.0.1 with no luck.  Internet Explorer crashes with script debugging when the "Loading Data" shows up.  The name... I ignore that, sometimes it just says "SysOp"  That's always been wrong since day one. If the links worked while that spinner was there trying to hypnotize me I wouldn't care but it freezes out everything.  It's a bit strange but I dug out an old laptop and it stalls at loading my usage but the links all work anyway.  I guess I can buy more data tomorrow when I run out after all.  Problem solved... I guess.

I've got to go check the cows, I'll come back tonite and see if it gets fixed with all the other transition stuff they're doing.  Thanks Bev.

Go beg for a key to get Sparrow Beta - that's what I'm using (or try Chrome)

Firefox got itself dumped off my rig when 57 came out. hate it, half my extensions don't work any more and, they do in Sparrow, which is faster anyway.

Sparrow is Viasat's own browser, it is in Beta testing now. DavidBrowserGuy here is the liaison to the forums. Yes you need a code, from DavidBrowserGuy to get Sparrow right now, but it will be released for everyone when we are done testing it.

Have to make sure everything works and, works like its supposed to - even if the user decided to do something nobody would think to do to a browser - somebody will think of it. xD

Thanks David. Sparrow really is a good browser. having ad and media blocking built in and, designed to work with Viasat service makes it, in my opinion, the way to go.

Firefox is no longer installed on my rig, IE and Edge are there, but never used as browsers. Other programs I have rely on parts of them so, I have to keep the files but, I don't have to use them.

Chrome is also not installed now, though it's close to Sparrow, Sparrow is faster and, so far hasn't given me a single problem.
