Slow upload speeds

Please hold on billing my account until you provide the service I am paying for. My upload speed this morning is less than 1mg I have had to keep paying for my ATT dsl as it is faster at this moment than my uploads on your platform. I have a appointment and ticket ######## and appointment on Monday with your service tech. Again don't charge my card until you deliver what you have sold me.

This is not a direct support forum, we cannot make changes to accounts when requested from this site.  You will need to call into Customer Care.

As your account is an Exede Business account, you will need to call Business Support at 855-313-4111.

MY upload speeds are just 1.04 according to speedtest.net but REAL LIFE is 0.5 when uploading to YouTube!

I am on Viasat-2 now. I WAS getting 3 Mbps UL on Viasat-1. Something is Seriously wrong and Viasat is NOT listening despite what their e-mail address says (viasatlistens@viasat.com) or  answering their e-mails well (NOT Fixing the problem) because this has been going on for a week and NOTHING is being done about UL speeds OR the DL speeds DROPPING from 18Mbps on Viasat-1 to as slow as 3 Mbps on Viasat-2!

Upload speeds are definitely under par in Large Beams...not sure why...have asked but haven't received an answer. If a prospective customer asks about upload speeds I tell them that it is under 1meg. I'd rather them be pleasantly surprised that totally ticked.

Isnt it true too that upload speeds are a lot more weather dependant too? In other words it takes more juice to shoot a signal up than receive it?

With the amounts of the same problems presented in this blog ViaSat has either over crowed its bandwidth to gain additional revenue or their equipment is outdated. either way ViaSat will or cannot do anything to solve this problem.

I will be telling them to stick it where the sun don't shine. I emphasized over and over how important that upload speed was for me. They lied they knew they couldn't get me that speed. EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE.

I'm a new customer, Silver V2, bitterly disappointed that uploading is so slow - no better than my dsl service (which is 0.7 mbps). I don't care about download, I need adequate upload.

Do you really need to spam every post about your slow upload speed?  We get it.  You are not happy with the upload speed.

I called to check on service. They would not answer when I asked if they were going to cancel when they did not provide what they advertised. She would not answer and just tell me it was 15 a month to cancel the contract. Obviously I have not signed up. They think they have you over a barrel if you dont have access to cable or DSL. Shady that they dont guarantee anything but advertise whatever they want. If I did this I would be arrested
