Slow speeds on beam 327.

I have been experiencing some extremely slow speeds while on the Liberty pass the last couple days. My neighbors have seen the same problems with their exede. Up until the last few days we had been having WONDERFUL experience with the liberty pass even when congestion showed to be in the red. I'm wondering if anyone else on our beam has seen this slow down or if any of the moderators may know of any technical issues that may be the cause of the issue.

Not sure which gateway you are on but, mine showed some red with peer subscribers (Green River) for the last two days off and on and, was slower. It's better today so might have been maintenance or weather. (beam 332)
