My internet speeds with Exede are, in my opinion, slow. I had a service call today, initiated by Exede. I was called and told that my dish needed to be adjusted. The young man said my speeds should be better. Well, they are NOT!
Exactly what should my speeds be? Right now they are downloads 0.69 one time with 2.37 uploads and a minute later they are 1.47 downloads with 2.44 uploads.

I have liberty pass with plenty of data left -- have checked multiple times a day and always get reading about 2 for both? I am paying for 25? I have unplugged modem and computer and left it over night several times, did not help. Yes, I did all of this in the order I was instructed to do.

Janie, I'm sorry to hear your speeds are still slow. Please send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com so we can evaluate your account and determine what is causing your slow speeds. Include your account number and contact information.
There are many variable that need to be considered, such as weather, your equipment, ViaSat equipment, the number of devices being used, as well as the capacity in your area, just to name a few.

Hi Janella, If you are in Liberty Pass your speeds will be slower. If you are not in Liberty Pass, we need to figure out what is causing your slow speeds. Please send an email with your account and contact information to exedelistens@viasat.com.

No, I have nowhere near used up my paid data -- it should be well in the middle of my paid data.

My internet used to work fine for my work. A couple weeks ago, it slowed down so much it won't upload and send claims for work. I've contacted technical support, had a guy come out and check everything and was told everything was good. Well, it's not good. I don't understand how it worked for a couple of months just fine, now I can't do my work at all. I had to start using my cell as a hot spot. Very, very disappointed with Excede! Nothing helps...

My speeds are always slow even in my FREE time. With lots of data left. I think they slow it down so you will purchase a higher plan.

The FREE times are always being used heavily by those downloading their games and movies. Exede doesn't "slow down" the system, heavy usage causes the slow downs. Many of the users use download management programs to do their downloading so the can have it done as they sleep.
