We switched to Excede because our only other option was Windstream which was getting us about .2 mbps. At first, we were thrilled with the speeds we were getting. Now, however, our 12 mbps liberty pass disappears in about 2 days. Then our speeds drop to about .1 to .2mbps. I called to upgrade to unlimited data because I saw an add for unlimited data at $100 per month. I was willing to pay this but was told this price is for new customers only. If they want to keep customers they should offer the same deal to all. We will be dropping Excede as soon s I find a replacement.
