Slow Speeds

Hi, it's me again.

I first hit the forum June 1st, after exhausting all other options including an on site tech visit. Here is my first forum report;
https://community.exede.com/exede/topics/slow-speeds-kmlq6fuiem7qb

After being escalated to the engineers who gave up after not being able to connect to our modem (they tried during a thunderstorm - emailing or calling is an option people, of course they are engineers and that's too obvious), I wrote this post;
https://community.exede.com/exede/topics/slow-speeds-the-sequel

Now I am back to report I still have extremely slow speeds with no errors showing on our end with http://192.168.100.1/?page=modemStatus The engineers have now acknowledged this to be true. They reported to you that our beam has intermittent problems. Maybe so, but our slow speed is constant, not intermittent (even during free zone), and our next door neighbors who signed up at the same time have the same beam and no speed problems.

As I reported in my last post, we now have 3 lights flashing all the time, even when no one is online. The slow speeds have been ongoing for 3 months, the flashing lights only for a week or so.

Yes I have rebooted dozens of times. Yes I have removed the router from the chain. Yes I have tried multiple computers. The problem is getting so bad that I often can't even get pages to load online. Yesterday I couldn't log in to Exede to post. It is bad enough to pay for overpriced dial up, but on occasion I am not even getting usable dial up.

Come on Exede, you're better than that. Please do not close my case again until this is resolved. Throwing a bunch of Gb at me after this is resolved would go a long way toward restoring my good cheer - just saying.

well i'll be ,same thing I have had going on for the past 3 months also. I get told everything looks good they run a speed test well maybe not, they run another, ahh now looks good. I run one ,looks good thanks. 5mins later back down low agin.  late nite free zone is a joke 1-4mbps tops . definitely throttled because most of the time everything is truly green and still slow or in some cases does not load at all. they will NEVER admit when they have a problem, it is ALWAYS the customers fault or equipment.

I would jump up and down with joy if I were getting 1-4mbps. I am getting a pretty consistent and pathetic 0.25mbps download. Even getting this forum to load took a couple tries. This is beyond the congestion problems. There is something seriously wrong with our account.
