Slow Speed

Slow speeds all day today despite Boost 25; download 5.76 upload at 0.07 all connected to LAN/ethernet.  what's up with that?  Thanks.

When you say all day do you mean all day as in, before 5 pm, or do you mean all day as in any time after 5 pm?

Yea, upload speeds are off but those are darn good speeds for Primetime on congested beams.

Our upload speeds were below 1.5... Really sucked bad! I've been trying to get out of the contract but they don't let you without having to pay hefty fees. Anybody know how to get ahold of somebody higher up in the company to dispute my bill with?
