For a start , define what you mean by slow. What is the Mbps you are seeing during the free zone?

Cynthia, speeds are often very slow during the "Free Zones" because there are a large number of users who use that time of unmetered data to stream movies and large game downloads. They use download management programs that will download without them even being at their computers, allowing them to enjoy their sleep while their data is downloaded.

Some of the beams are affected more than others with  low speeds during the free zones.

Hi Cynthia, As Steve answered Speed may vary slightly depending on overall network demand. For instance, service may sometimes be faster during the day than the busier evening hours.   It all depends on the internet traffic. Many users set their accounts to download large files, which reduces speeds as well.
