I am paying for services I am not getting. Paying for Unlimited @ Speeds up to 25 mps. It has gotten so slow during peak hours we can;t do anything.  .30mps download   is not right. Why does Exede and Viasat continue to add more customers and to encourage people to stream videos and so forth.  I work all day, own my own Business come home and can't do nothing online including the simple things such as checking Bank accounts Paying bills and so forth due to these slow speeds. We have Kids who can't do their Home work, online due to the connection timing out.  Exede talked me into this great plan and new modem, and its getting slower and slower. I have been patient, Don't really have a choice, since I can't even get a land line at our location.   I am paying $100.00 a month for this type of service.  When is the New Sat. going to be online????
I am Not new to Exede been here for 6 years now and have watch the speeds drop and drop.  Also I want someone to tell me how I am using up my data limit when we are unplugging the Modem Power Supply.  Leaving it off and We somehow continue to rack up data???
Very displeased Customer and No I wouldn't recommend this horrible service to anyone. I will join a class action if one ever comes about.

David...do a testmy.net download test of 25 Megabytes.

Viasat does not have an Internet presence in Jacksonville, FL.

Most likely, if using Viasat-1 and you live around Jacksonville, your Gateway is in Juneau, Alaska, and your Internet POP is in Seattle, WA.  So use Testmy's San Francisco, CA server for the speedtest.

Something is wrong if you are only getting .3 mbps at 3 am. Send an email to Viasatlistens@viasat.com with what you just mentioned and someone from corporate can look into it.
