Service Drops repeatedly throughout day... since mid January.

Modem reboots/service drops repeatedly throughout the day. Have a diary of dates/times: daily at around 9:30am, 10:40, 11:50 ... today it dropped repeatedly in the morning as noted, as well as additional drops this afternoon...

I'm having the same problem. It's been rebooting on its own. (before January)

Same problem today.  Called tech support.  On hold for 45 minutes.  After 30 minutes tried chat while staying on hold.  Waited 10 minutes for chat to answer.  While in chat, modem reset and connection was lost.  Tech support finally answered.  Talked to Jason for one minute and he escalated to tier 2.  On hold an9other 10 minutes.  Finaly someone answered.  Explained problem and he hung up on me.  I was polite and did not use foul language.  No one has tried to contact me back.  Current speed is 0.67mbps
