Update?  Was Windows computer working, and later had this issue.  How long a Viasat user?  Can your desktop see this page?

I have been a customer for several years. Back from when it was wild blue. Maybe 2003? I am not very tech savvy, but the other day I just disconnected the line from the computer to the router and the router to the modem and basically left the router out of the connection. All the laptops and main computer are all working?? No idea.... Just happy it's working.

Do you have Viasat's WiFi Modem?

Sometimes, doing 10 minute Cold Reboot (power off to desktop, router, and Viasat modem) might work.

So, desktop computer is now working?
