My data usage seems to be coming from iTunes. Does anyone have any idea of why this might be? Is this related to the iPhones and constantly loading or upgrading? Cany anyone help in how to help me eliminate this issue with serious data usage? We are using at least 3.6 GB per evening. Is this unusual or a high number? Help!!!

This is an Apple 'vice'. You need to turn off the auto updating on iTunes in whatever iTunes app you are running. (how to turn it off depends on what your device/OS combo is).
Google "turn off itunes automatic updates"  to find an answer.

My husband has this same problem. Night before last, he did an iTunes update on his MacBook Pro during our free hours midnight to 5am. The next day, our usage jumped during the morning by 4.7GB. The exede help desk says most of the usage was iTunes. The update itself was 116 MB. Hubby's entire iTunes catalog is only 500 MB. How can iTunes possibly use that much data, and if it really did, what settings can he change to stop it from doing so? FYI, all his updates are set to notification (no auto download or install).
