I had an account and was offered a new account to get an Amazon fire stick. I was told I would have more GB but my bill would be cheaper. I now have less internet and have used it all in one week. I don't have my fire stick and I'm not sure what yo do. Please help.

This isn't what Exede/Viasat wants to happen. They will investigate and, do all they can to help you.
Paula, please send that email. I assure you, Exede/Viasat does not want independent dealer like that selling their services.
Streaming TV is never a good idea with metered service, even if you had the Freedom 150 GB plan, Fire Stick with Exede service is a bad idea. It sound like that dealer is just conning people into getting Liberty plans to get the sale on new accounts.
Were you allowed to read the Customer Agreement, Bandwidth and, usage policies before signing up? Did the installer either have you do the digital contract signature, or ask your explicit permission to do so? If not, that was wrong and, not what Exede/Viasat wants.
Send that email I asked you to send above, tell them as many details as you can. They will make it right for you.
