Had Exede installed Monday November 30th. I have the 30GB plan. Checked usage on Saturday December 5th and usage showed over 20GB used. Called to check accuracy and was told meters are working properly repeatedly(like the operator was testifying to a grand jury). I asked to be transfered to technical services the operator said she would transfer and then disconnected the call. I don't think we were close to using that much data in 5 days. Also, checked data usage on December 3rd and it was below 1GB. I don't believe in 2 days usage would jump 20GB. Another issue is that I was to receive a $20 rebate for the first three months and that did not happen the first billing cycle. Very poor customer service and product so far and this is the first week of service.
