Request for upgrade to unlimited package and new modem

On December 18, 2017 I placed and order for the upgrade to the new unlimited package which required a new modem. A follow up on January 18, 2018 confirmed the order and that the modem was still on back order. A follow up to day with your center in MONTEREY MEXICO OF ALL PLACES, and those people tell me in their best English possible that my modem has now been cancelled and also my my order for the upgrade was pulled from the system. I have recordings of all those conversations. I want my order reinstated immediately and my modem on the way. The guy in MONTEREY MEXICO says his badge number is 249403, which may or may not be true. I believe he has cancelled my order simply because he got tired of dealing with me. I want resolution or I will cancel my Exede account and go to Hughs Net, but not before posting my complaint on every social media account available.
