Recent problems logging in and viewing usage

I have two problems going on. The first is that the first time I enter my password it says it is not valid but I know I entered it correctly. This happens almost every time so I am sure I am not entering it incorrectly every time. The other is that I like to check my usage every morning between 8 and 9 AM and at least half the time the usage is not available. I did not have these problems until recently.

Hi Sue, the log in issue is a know issue and, it's being worked on. In the meantime there are a few workarounds you can use.

The first is try to log in to the Customer Portal, get the invalid password message, leave that tab open, go here: http://www.exede.com/customer-portal/ Click on the GO button for MY EXEDE (box on the left of your screen. That will either take you into the portal already logged in, or allow you to log in properly.

When the usage isn't available, you can use EasyChat via Facebook Messenger: Find Exede EasyChat on Messenger or, use this link: m.me/exedeeasychat 

You can also use SMS (text messaging: Text JOIN to 20715 and follow the instructions it will give you.
