My 2 year service is coming up in October and I have reviewed my usage over the whole time period. The most I have ever used was 70 out of the 150 in my plan. I have reviewed my otpions and you have no plans available for 50 or 75 with 25 mgs, therefore, I will start looking for other providers that can provide me the service I use...150 is wasting money for me. This will be my only notice to you that I will not be continuing at these plans...very disappointed with Exceed!!! pjw

Paul, plans are changing in many areas and, Viasat 2 is just a few months away from coming online and, providing service. You may want to hold off changing providers and, see what becomes available in the next few months. Keep and eye on available plans in your area Liberty 50 +Boost for the 25Mbps you want may soon be available to you.

Not often you find a person complaining because Exede is providing to much data allowance for an account!

Exede needs to use this customers post as a sales promotion.

Hi Paul,

We do plan to have new plans in a few months. Unfortunately it seems you're sort of between our 50GB plan and our Freedom plan with usage. The 50GB plan is one that has been popping up pretty frequently in different areas. So it may show up, we just don't have a way to predict when it will.

With that said if you wish to cancel, due to legal disclosures and account security concerns you can only cancel by contacting us by phone at 855-463-9333.
