Question about data

We received a notification that we have used 70% of our monthly data allowance. We haven't changed our data usage and have never received this kind of message before. Additionally, we were out of town for a full week of this billing cycle and took our devices with us. Is it possible to find out what's causing the sudden spike in our data usage? Thanks.

wat , I suppose 2 do,bout my my wireless router , that's the only one I got, I just need it turned back on. the wifi need 2 b cut back on please.

I don't understand the question Sylvia? Do you have the wifi modem and, your service has been shut off for some reason? Do you have another brand of router that is not working?
