Data kept loading after purchasing 3 additional GB. My usage amount remains the same at 30, not 33.

Check again after 2 or 3 hours...it can take up to 4 hours for your modem to supply accurate usage data, so what you should see is the additional 3Gb's minus what you used while waiting for usage update,,,

Well, time to log into your credit/debit card account and verify those "buy more" purchases actually went through, and if they did it's time to call CS for solution.

BTW, what link do you use to view the "buy more data" amount left in your account...at one time the "buy more" data was shown separately from your main account data...I just checked and don't see a way to view amount of "buy more" data in my account...so maybe they do just add it to your basic account data base..

What data plan do you have?

no charge on credit card, but it likely would not appear until Monday. No charge listed on website. I purchase additional data via the dashboard page, had no problem in the past, Additional data loaded within minutes. My data plan is 30gb/month, with liberty pass after exceeding

Looks like your purchase did not happen...your credit card account updates the minute a transaction takes place...it will show up in either the actual charge summary or in "pending" charges..."Pending" charges are used when a company wants to verify your credit card has enough to cover pending charge then is immediately moved to the actual "Charges" summary when the purchase actually takes place...this happens on weekends as well as M-F....I have 4 different credit card accounts and all work as described above.
