Provisioning not available after 8 pm?

What kind of F'ed up world is it, where you can't get a modem provisioned after 8pm?!?!?
"Oh, the Technical Escalation Team goes home at 8" 
Ya ever hear of an ON-CALL PERSON!?!?!??!
Or better yet...how about provisioning the thing before you ship it?  And put it on the account?  Huh?  Too much to ask?
I pity the FOOL tomorrow morning that tells me the reason the new WiFi modem/router doesn't work is because my ANTENNA IS NOT ALIGNED CORRECTLY!
I'm going to bed.

Chill, an overnight wait is nothing. Took me two weeks to get my account transitioned from a Residential account to a Business account, and an hour on the phone to provision the modem for Business, plus sign the contract digitally.

Just a note to anyone who needs to digitally sign an Exede contract online - DISABLE ALL AD AND MEDIA BLOCKERS FIRST - the whole contract will fail to load if you have any sort of blockers enabled.
