Problem porting old number

I have requested to port my old number since Feb 2nd, called again on the 11th and then today on the 18th.  Of course my current provider is blaming you and your blaming them, all I want is to have my current number ported and now your saying it will take until March 2nd that's a MONTH since I started this process
