Problem getting help from Exede

I've been attempting to get some help with my service for three days now. I would appreciate very much if someone would please respond. I have posted to the Evolution forum, called Customer Service and have written ExedeListens. Received a from letter from ExedeListens that says they received my message about the problem on my account and that they would get right on it. Nothing else has happened.

When I call Customer Service they don't know what to do to fix the problem. When I ask to please speak with a supervisor they hang up - that occurred three  times yesterday. I was not rude with any of the Customer Service agents and they seemed to be trying their best they just couldn't get help from higher up the ladder. Therefore, the problem with the hang ups may be at the next level because whoever that person is apparently has disconnected the call.

We are on the Evolution Plan and have been a customer for quite a number of years. Have not experienced anything like this previously and don't know where to turn next. I am not a chronic complainer about this service in fact I have told people that it has been working well for us and that I have been able to receive help when needed but this time something has gone awry.

Please don't just tell me to write ExedeListens because I have already done that as stated above. Someone please just let me know that I will be able to receive the help I need to fix the problem. Thanks~
