I spent over 2 hours total this week on the phone trying to cancel my contract. Spoke to three customer service reps and two supervisors, and was told each time that they corrected the issue and would refund my money! Instead, they still withdrew and over charged me!! Now I have to wait 7-10 days for a 'request' to have it refunded, and no guarantee even if they were not supposed to charge me! They have terrible communication processes, and do not take time to document and read each other's notes!! I will never recommend this company!!! now I have to wait and still will have overdraft fees they won't refund. I am mailing a letter to the CEO.

Monica, it is always frustrating dealing with payments you feel you don't have any control over.

You post mention "Charge" and "Overdraft Fees", not sure if you're paying with a credit card, debit card or checking account.

I always pay online stuff with a credit card, never a debit card, and pay it off every month. The benefit with a credit card is you build some FICO score history and depending on the card you can get points/cash on your monthly charges.

The best use is in protecting yourself from '"butt heads". If you lose control of who charges what to your credit card then a quick call to your credit card company and report your card as lost/stolen turns that card off and a new card gets sent to you.
