I spent over 2 hours total this week on the phone trying to cancel my contract. Spoke to three customer service reps and two supervisors, and was told each time that they corrected the issue and would refund my money! Instead, they still withdrew and over charged me!! Now I have to wait 7-10 days for a 'request' to have it refunded, and no guarantee even if they were not supposed to charge me! They have terrible communication processes, and do not take time to document and read each other's notes!! I will never recommend this company!!! now I have to wait and still will have overdraft fees they won't refund. I am mailing a letter to the CEO.
