You can view your bill at the customer account management page and see what you were charged for. It may be the once yearly property tax fee the pass on to all subscribers.

Look at your itemized bill on MyExede.net. It will show you where the extra came from.

Things like property tax on Exede equipment, sales or excise taxes and additional GBs purchased will increase your bill. Also, if you have come to the end of your 24 month contract, and had paid the 24 month equipment rental fee in a lump sum, you could be getting the $9.99 monthly rental fee. To my knowledge, Exede plan prices have not changed.

Hi Marty. We haven't raised prices but some things such as changing a plan mid-billing cycle, buying more data or our annual property tax recover fee can all be reasons for a higher bill. my.exede.net will let you review your bill

Hi Eric, we are only here during business hours but we do try to answer posts unless a ton of other users already adequately answered. Which post are you referring to? In the case of a question of why your connection keeps going out, that's probably going to be account-specific and won't be able to be answered on here so you're honestly better in that situation to email us at exedelistens@viasat.com because we'll have access to the account (this forum is in NO way linked to your account at all and we won't answer account-specific concerns on here due to privacy concerns)

"New and Different Problems Now showing for Me on Beam 329"  This Thread.  It has 81 comments from several users with the same problem so its not account specific,  The same thing happened in late January and was resolved.

Eric let's keep that discussion in that thread rather than hijack this one because this customer that started is going to get a ton of email notifications for something completely unrelated to his billing question.
