Praise of support

Called in near the wits end attempting to connect a Linksys router to the Wifi-Router/Modem delivered w/the service.  Saturday afternoon, a delightful lady answered the call and was funny, helpful, disarming and human.  The last bit it huge; plastic support is helpful but not praiseworthy.
Oh, and the answer was to disable to Wifi service; once done, the device reverts into modem mode and auto-connected with the Internet connection on the router.  A level of self-flagellation is required with router work, to be sure, but she ended the pain with a quickness.
