Billing trouble

we just received a call that our payment could not be processed. our cc company said no effort has been made to process the payment. we were to have a twenty fiv dollar since we were without service for over a week

we talked with Quin,in customer service  he has every thing in control.  someone there had cut off the automatic withdrawal.
