I am VERY upset with you taking down an internet page and putting your survey there. I have taken your survey, and yet it still randomly pops up. PLEASE stop this or tell me how to stop it.

What might annoy you more is knowing the data needed to display that survey came out of your plan's monthly data allotment.

Just absolutely crazy! So they knock out my page at my expense, and then I have to reload my page at my expense.

What will be more annoying is that there's a good chance you've fallen victim to phishing via a popup survey scam that is unrelated to ViaSat/Exede/Wildblue - did they by any chance ask for personal information upon completing it? For example, account number, email/password, credit card info, etc. in order to claim a "free" gift...

No. They asked me random questions about Exede. Of course, phishing is always possible.

Hello, Heather,  We do not post random surveys for our customers.  This is phishing or malware.  as Old Labs suggested.  Please send us a copy of the email including where is was generated from (web address, email address) so we can put an end to it. Send it to exedelistens@viasat.com and include your account information as well.

I was getting these too up to a few days ago. My surveys were branded something like "Mellow Survey" and a quick Google search confirmed that this was malware and had nothing to do with Exede or ViaSat. The malware looks up your ISP based on your IP address and randomly redirects you to their "Take a survey about [your ISP here]" page. I think I managed to get rid of mine (time will tell), but I never did find clear instructions on how to do so. Good luck with yours!

I checked the IP address and it does lead back to Via-Sat!

Elizabeth, Do you have a copy of the survey you could send to exedelistens@viasat.com.  That way we can determine if it is malware or not.  Thanks

Well it pays to complain! I tried to see the survey again to copy it as requested and it did not pop up!  I had used an internet IP address locator previously and it was registered to Via-Sat but I guess it could have been spoofed .  If the survey reappears, I will copy it and send it.  Thanks for a rapid reply.

Well it happened again!  I couldn't copy the survey page as it was an over page but I right clicked on duplicate and got a new page which my software said was malware and refused to load.  The page  name was http://ps4.2zo.xyz/?s1=6426816309576600862&kw=520.   I do not know if this was the anti virus msg or the malware page I tried to load.  I hope this helps.
