Same here...no access to Paypal whatsoever..but all other sites ok.  Cleared history, browser, rebooted... microsoft fix and all to no avail.  I was on chat with wild blue, but cut off and now not available.

Appears to be an issue with Exede's dns servers. Go into the router and change the dns servers to Google's. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 this has resolved the issue for us

Hello,

I’m sorry you’re not able to access https://www.paypal.com/home. I have personally verified that this site works on the Exede network. Please attempt the following steps to assist with access, I hope these help out. If you’re still experiencing issues please give us a call at 866.945.3258 and we can further assist with this problem.

1. Try loading the site in a different browser. There may be some settings configured incorrectly on your browser. Try a different web browser to see if you can load the website.

• If you are using the default browser and don't have any others installed, you can quickly download and install another free browser like Firefox, Chrome, or Opera.

2. Temporarily disable your antivirus program. Your antivirus software may be interfering with your ability to load certain websites. Try disabling the software and then loading the site again.

• Right-click on the antivirus icon in your System Tray and select "Disable" or "Turn Off." You may be warned that this isn't safe. Make sure to re-enable the antivirus after you're done testing.

3. Reset your modem and router. Traffic to or from a certain website may be getting tripped up by your modem or router. Resetting these devices may allow you to access the website again.

• Plug your modem back in and wait for it to completely light up.
• Plug your router back in and wait for it to completely light up.
• Try visiting the website again.

4. Ensure that JavaScript is enabled. If JavaScript has been disabled, you'll encounter difficulties loading a lot of popular sites. Check your browser settings to ensure that it is enabled.

I'm kind of ignorant on this.  Do I disable DHCP to do that?  Thanks

No, you still need your ip address to be automatically assigned. You shold just be able to manually set the primary and secondary dns servers. We had reports of this issue and changing the dns servers immediately corrected the issue, however based on the comments it doesn't appear to be affecting every exede user.

that is because yall need to scan the dns servers and clean the virusus that is why changing it helped.this would also explain alot of peoples data loss, slow speeds, ect. your a tech you should know this.
