EFT or Electronic funds transfer is a payment originated with the customer to a business not the other way around. ACH or Automatic check handling is what somewhat in your blogs is referring to not EFT. ACH is originated by receiver to a bank belonging to the customer. There is no reason with Zelle and other companies for Viasat to not allow EFT to be set up with customers banks. The issue with ACH is that does not hardly ever get drafted on the date in question. I worked Cash Application at a major company and know what I am talking about.
