Painfully slow speeds for 2 days now!

Really don't need to spell this out for Exede, my speeds are awfully slow.

Hi Gary, I'm sorry you are experiencing slow speeds. First go through the troubleshooting guide for slow speeds here: http://help.exede.net/articles/General/Troubleshooting-slow-internet-speeds

If nothing there seems to be the problem, please connect one computer to the modem with an Ethernet cable and do a speed test from that computer with no other programs running while you test. That will help determine if it's the router, other device or, if it's down to being either Exede or that one computer and, make further troubleshooting a lot easier for Customer Care.

If one computer wired to the modem is slow, contact Customer Care at 855-463-9333 or, email your account and contact information to exedelistens@viasat.com and, ask them to investigate your slow speeds.
