Overcharged and inconsistency in the billing department

My wife and I have been using exede internet service for nearly a year now (10 months) and have had problems with the inconsistency in the billing every month. We do not understand why this is a problem. The individual we have been in contact with has told us half truths and we have been overcharged many times and have not seen the money again. We changed our plan to the unlimited 25 mbps because the individual said we could get it for 89 $ a month. We were charged 125$ to change our plan but we were supposed to get credits on our account to reimburse us, haven’t seen any credits. We were then charged 190$ for our first month on the new plan! This month we were charged 150$. We are so frustrated and want to get refunded for the money that we lost and then we want to cancel.

Yea, that's a mess.  Normally there is no charge to change your plan.  The new plan is started and you get pro rated for the month old/new.  A couple times a year there are other charges we get like property taxes and city fees.  Nobody likes them but there they are. You may have some legitimate errors in your bill.  

Send an email to viasatlistens@viasat.com explaining where you see errors. Include your account number and contact information.  You will quickly receive an email confirmation that they have received your message and you will be notified of the results of your questions in about a day or 2.
