What plan are you on and how much data have you used?

Silver 25 and I know I over my data but it doesn't matter if I'm on day one of my cycle or day 20 it's always the same and they keep sending a tech out to fix nothing. I have just experienced poor service since day one.

I'm a very dissatisfid customer but still have to pay an outragous fee to cancel service. So I spend my down time posting on several sites about how poor my service is.

If possible try a wired ethernet connection to the router using a laptop or other device capable of wired connections, run a speed test and see if there's a "significant" difference. If so we've got a place to start looking.

Anytime I see a speed test from a mobile device over WiFi and a mention that it's "always" slow, I start to suspect a WiFi issue.

I just called tech support they ran a test and got 0.25mbps

That's my speeds every night since day one almost 3 months now. Sometimes I get 1.50 during the day and about 12mbps when my cycle reset for the month.

That sounds about right. You are in a congested beam.

My advice. Drop down to the cheapest plan. If you want to stream, utilize the PlayOn Cloud. I really dont think you will see that much difference in speeds, so give them less $$$$.
