This is a public, peer to peer forum, not a direct way to contact Exede. To find out if there is a problem on your beam or, with your equipment, you will need to call 855-463-9333 when the problem is occurring.

Hi Jeff, 

Currently, it appears there is outage within your service beam. This type of outage can cause intermittent connectivity or cause slow speeds. I would suggest allowing up to 24hrs for this outage to resolve itself. Feel Please give us a call 866.945.3258 for further assistance or more information when this outage is over
